We were at the final steps closing on our new property then found out the manufactured home had no permanent foundation! My realtor reached out to several contractors who all said they could not pour a foundation for months. We had 2wks to close and needed a place to live right away. The team I was working with to purchase the property all told me to give up and find another one as it would take a miracle for us to close… but there was no time and this was our home! On a Sunday I posted on the local FB page asking if there was any Lic&Bon contractors that could help. The owner, Caz messaged me saying to contact him immediately! Within hours he contacted the engineer to make sure the plan he had would pass the final inspection. After learning of our situation, and despite his full schedule, he had all of the posts dug and filled in less than a week. He even put a propane heater under the house for a couple of days to ensure it would dry in time. A few days later the engineer came out and gave his stamp of approval. Thanks to Deep-Crete we closed on time and my family has a home! ❤️ Caz knew how stressed I was throughout the process, so he sent my team and I videos and pictures.
